Macaron's party

Cet après midi c'était macarons chez Alix !!!!

   

   

    

Et en voici la recette (from Alix) :

"Donc ingredients : 140g of white eggs 180 (2X90) of sugar 160g of almond powder 160g of snow sugar
1. You make the white eggs becoming like a "mousse" then you can put in it 9Og of sugar
you make the eggs going to make a pick from the top of your mixer and you can put in it the other part of the sugar
then you continue till it's doing a pick up and down !
when you mix, go slowy than air doesn't go to much inside !
2. You sieve the almond powder with the snow sugar, and mix them together in thin powder.
3. You can put in the eggs the almond powder, slowly turn with the wood spoon !
4. You make the little macaron on a baking paper, wate till one hour to drive, when you tuch them they are dry ! Keep them away from humididty (not in the kitchen !)
5. Cook them 12 minutes at 150 degres
6. Put inside what you want and wait one night it's beter (if you can !)"
